We check emails several times a day and answer as promptly as possible.
Handmade Custom Designs
Special requests are certainly considered. E-mail us your description or photo to us, with your phone number, best time to call, and what time-zone or state/country you’re in, and we’ll be in touch. We will do everything possible to fill your order. Have a deadline? What’s your budget? How many pieces will you require? Please let us know.
Custom orders will require a 50%, nonrefundable deposit
We’ll e-mail you a photo of the piece in progress, to make sure it’s what you imagined. If after you receive the piece, it’s still not quite right, e-mail Girlie Girls, and together we’ll work out the details.
Returns and Repair Policy
We will accept returns of the jewelry pieces (unless noted otherwise) within 14 days of receipt. Pieces must be in “as new condition” and returned in original packing materials. Please e-mail us first to let us know its coming. Your refund does not include shipping charges.
If an item breaks… collect all the available parts and save them. If a break occurs because of faulty parts, we will fix it for free, including return shipping. If there are missing pieces, there will me a minimal charge for replacement, and we’ll let you know. Please e-mail us first before shipping.
Ordering
The fastest way to order is directly online with our SECURE SERVER. Keep in mind that when you use our order form on our Secure Server, we can get started on your jewelry right away.
Click here to print out an order form to mail or fax your order. If you are mailing a check, we will wait for the check to clear before the item(s) are made and shipped. Please remember, that we have a limited number of items available in each style, and the item may sell-out during this time frame.
International Orders
Please check with us first to see if we ship to your country. Together we can determine the best, safest and quickest way for you to receive our jewelry.
Shipping
All of the jewelry is handmade, one at a time, in our studio in Southern California. We will make every effort to ship it to you in less than 7 days, it usually takes less than 4. If it were to take longer than 5 days, we will notify you via e-mail.
Need it sooner? Let us know and we’ll try and work with-in your time frame.
We ship via United States Postal Service - Priority Mail. Your package will arrive in 2-3 days.
Set shipping charge includes USPS Priority Shipping, insurance, and a small handling charge
The jewelry pieces are gift-bagged. If you require additional gift-wrapping, let us know.
